Return Policy
At DD Jewelry Wholesale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
Returns
• We accept returns within 60 days from the date of purchase for unworn, unused, and scratch-free items.
• In some cases, we may extend the return period beyond 60 days. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.
• All returned items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or proof of purchase.
Store Credit
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will issue you store credit for the full purchase price. Store credit can be used towards future purchases on our website.
Initiating a Return
Contact our customer service team at sales@jewelrywholesale.ca to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Package the item securely and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the item back to us using a track able shipping method.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can use your store credit to purchase a different item from our website.
Additional Information
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
